§ 00Plain-English summary
Fikitech Solutions ("we", "us", "Fikitech") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website or our products, why we collect it, how we store it, and what choices you have.
If something here isn't clear, write to us and we'll explain it in normal English.
§ 01Scope
This policy covers:
- The Fikitech marketing website at fikitech.com and any subdomains we operate
- Products and services we operate under the Fikitech brand, including Atlantis Rewards, the AFD delivery platform, SmartSell, Fiki Games, and Suvari
- Communications you send us through the website, email, or any contact form
It does not cover third-party websites or services we link to. Those have their own privacy policies.
§ 02Data we collect
2.1 — Information you give us
When you fill out a contact form, request a demo, or email us, we collect what you send: name, email address, company, the message itself, and any attachments.
2.2 — Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our servers log standard request data: IP address, user-agent, request URL, response status, timestamp. We use this to operate and secure the service, not to track you across the web.
2.3 — Product-specific data
If you use a Fikitech product (e.g., the Atlantis Rewards app), that product collects what it needs to function. Each product has its own in-app privacy disclosure with specifics.
§ 03How we use it
- To respond to you — when you ask us something, we use your contact details to reply.
- To operate the service — to serve pages, debug errors, protect against abuse.
- To improve — aggregate, non-identifying analytics on which content is useful.
- To meet legal obligations — invoices, tax records, regulatory requests.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.
§ 04Sharing & subprocessors
We use a small number of vetted subprocessors to operate the service:
- DigitalOcean — primary hosting (droplets, managed databases, Spaces)
- AWS — supplementary infrastructure for some products
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- GitHub — source code hosting + CI/CD
Each subprocessor is contractually bound to handle data in line with this policy and applicable law (GDPR, KVKK).
§ 05Retention
We keep contact-form data and email correspondence as long as it's useful to maintain the relationship, then delete it. Server logs are kept for a maximum of 90 days, then rotated out. Product data is governed by the per-product disclosure.
§ 06Your rights
Depending on where you live (EU/EEA, UK, Türkiye, California), you have rights including:
- The right to access what we hold about you
- The right to correct inaccurate data
- The right to delete your data
- The right to port your data to another service
- The right to object to certain processing

§ 07Security
We use TLS in transit, encrypted database storage, scoped access tokens, and the principle of least privilege internally. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat security as a first-class engineering concern, not a checkbox.
§ 08Cookies
The marketing site uses essential cookies for navigation and one privacy-preserving analytics cookie. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
§ 09Changes
If we materially change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for substantive changes, notify you by email if we have your address on file.
